Phillipa,
It sounds like you have a lot going on. To me, it almost seems like you are overwhelmed with emotions. So much so, that you don't even know which feelings to feel first. Do you journal? It may give you an outlet to vent all your feelings.
Make sure you take time for yourself. Do something for yourself. Please take *good* care of yourself.
