Hi Racer,

I can't say that I did this type of therapy solo, but my T uses a lot of the same techniques during EMDR after a set is completed. I have found that I hold my anger and sadness in different areas of my body. We work on relaxing those while being present.

Also in yoga we touch upon this too, if there is an area that is tight, "we breath air" into that area or focus on relaxing that particular area.

I am still a baby in learning this stuff, but I have learned a lot, but I have so much more to go, I feel it is a great type of therapy. Good luck with this, I am curious on how it goes.
