Where does it say that, "questor"? What's a questor? The New Shorter Oxford English Dictionary, has this to say, paraphrased as follows:
1 RC Ch. An official appointed to grant indulgences on the gift of alms to the church, 2 In France: any of the treasurers of the National Assemby, 3 A person who quests or searches for something.
