Possibly, each of us thinks that our identity is transparent-- we know who we are, so we think, somehow, that other people do, too. But if you leave out clearly identifying facts, and try not to quote too directly, you probably are safe from being connected to what you write here. Our problems are unique, in one respect, and very universal, in another (which is one reason why we can help one another). So probably no one will know that your posts are by you.
I may recall that you said your told your T that you post here. That does raise a complication, if he really knows the site, and realizes that there's a psychology board as well as the main med board. All you can really do is ask him to respect your privacy in not reading anything here. I would hope and expect that he could be trusted if he agrees not to.
If you feel that this isn't possible and you do need a more protected environment, there are other somewhat similar psych boards online that people here can suggest where you could go. I hope you can work it out with him to stay here, though, since you feel comfortable here.
