My T changed my Day......Feeling Awful

After seeing my t for 5 years at the same day time, he changed it because "my wife wants me to free up Sunday nights")....sure wish he didn't bring her into the "mix."
I realize that life is all about change, but I HATE it, LOL, LOL
It hit me really hard; am not sleeping well, and feeling depressed.....ideas, thoughts, suggestions......
