YEs, it is a bit disconcerting. :o(
No pictures on the walls, just a couch and two chairs.... she has to write things down leaning over to an end table-- there isn't even a desk in the tiny room, not a window either..... but my most wonderful, fabulous and insightful T. makes up for such a place. She is the safest, nicest and most intelligent person I have ever ever met! Like we've been talking about my lack of any friends- and she said-- "Oh mandy-- you are so missing out on the yummy stuff that women share and experience together!"-- I thought that was cute-- now I keep wondering about that "yummy" stuff! :o) (I was never curious before!)

>>My T has a center where several T's work in , but it is an old redone house. In the waiting room, it looks like a typical living room except for the counter where the secretary works. He even picked some roses growing in his backyard to put in the different areas.<<

OH my Gosh! that sounds so lovely. so comfy and all-- you are very lucky! :o)

Gee after reading all these posts... seems I'm in the minority of going to a T. that doesn't have their own office. :o( *sigh*..... I wish she had her own office-- that would make it even more perfect! heh-- "more perfect"?? that doesn't really make sense, does it.... well... hope you know what I mean.

this thread has been interesting to read-- thank you all.
