Idk if it's worth it or not

I terminated today with a T I have had for only 12 weeks. I was in a program that ran for 12 weeks and I had group and an individual therapist.

I let myself get too close once again. I am really going to miss my appts with her. She challenged me and I really respected her. Why can't I find a T like that on my own.

Sorry, my thoughts are all over the place right now. I guess I just don't know if I want to get attached to another therapist again ... it's so damn hard to let go. :(
