SD- Thanks for the clarification. Anxiety is one of the things I hate worst about having a trauma background. I am getting better, over the years, but can still absolutely detonate when something pushes my anxety buttons.

Did you ever read the cartoon strip "Bloom County"? With Opus the penguin and his "anxiety closet"? I have one of those too, fully stocked (lol)
