He said the copies of my "journal" in Babble archives helps a lot about what happened in the last session. I had to get him up with the times and told him what LOL meant. He thought it meant look or listen. So he is going to call my old T and then we will talk before I see old T if that is what he thinks I should do.
I feel like T is in my corner now, helping me. This is so hard, but I just have to do this.
