I also can see as how the use of humour could be used as a distraction from other stuff one might want to avoid in therapy....> I have a lot of fun in Therapy lately. T with his ribald sense of humor. Llurpy making fun of her recently diagnosed bipolarity, and sick of crying about the dead cat. I wonder whether the white noise machine can disguise my cackles.
