Recommend a PDoc in Portland OR

Hi,

Anyone know of a good pdoc here? I'm mostly looking for a good psychopharmacologist (an empathetic doctor is also a bonus).

Thanks! I need lots of recommendations in hopes of getting one who is on my insurance & accepting patients.
