I know we have told you this before, but it's time to try something else other than medication. THE-RA-PY.

It's really hard to help someone who doesn't listen to any advice given, yet continues to ask for advice.

I wish you the best of luck. But until you try something to what you are doing, I am afraid you will keep getting the same results.
