When I experience deja vu, I get the entire piece encapsulated: memory which includes all sensations like taste, smells, sounds, sights. A momentary suspension of real-time when I'm aware that what's about to transpire I have experienced before, but no awareness of exactly when it might have been.

Has happened throughout my life and doesn't appear to be about anything in particular or of any consequence or trauma. Just everyday stuff. Sometimes it's just for a few seconds; other times the sequence seems to last for several moments.

I do enjoy the moments in repose, but at the time I get a bit apprehensive (for no good reason).
