Is there a secret way I can tell if I am having a

gutache from stress? or just a gutache?
I have T tomorrow. I missed last week cuz kids were sick. Maybe I am getting it now? I just dunno if I should phone and cancel so as to at least give her a little warning :-(
Or mebbe we can just stay outside and I will keep distance so I don't spread sickness?
