I realize you miss him, and sometimes I miss my old T, but I think it is probably best that neither of us sees our old T's anymore. Once I called my old T's voice mail, and I decided that was stupid. I miss him less and less, and funny thing is that if I drive to my therapist I have now since May, I have to drive right past old T's office. So, it did seem weird the other day to be near his office. I don't go on Wednesdays to new T anymore, go Tu and Friday, and so there is no chance at all of running into old T at his office in that town. He is only there on Wednesdays.
In general, I think both of us are better off with our still rather new therapists.
