My former T told me that termination process is every bit as important as getting to know the client.
Allow yourself to see her again. It will help you get a sense of perspective on how far you've come together.
Remember that therapy is not like a closing door. It's like a door that is always open. It's your choice to walk through it. Somedays it seems more inviting than others. That's natural. Somedays it seems like what's on the other side of the door is just too painful to face. That's okay too.
The most important thing is to take good care of muffled. Your cave is a good step. Try not to isolate too much. That's poison. Reach out and let us support you.
