I don't see my pdoc/T until Aug. 16

I didn't realize this until yesterday. My last appointment was July 30th.
I'm feeling upset over not chatting with Dr. Bob. How do I deal with this? I have no one to talk to. I don't know what my pdoc would say.
I hate this.
I'm taking tomorrow off work. I want to chat with Dr. Bob.
I feel upset. I want Bob.
I'm upset. I want to talk to my pdoc about missing Dr. Bob.
I wish I felt good again. :-(
I want Bob. :-(
