Hi, Honore. The AD stopped working suddenly and my pdoc left me in the lurch, therapeutically - he suggested a course of ECT as the next step for me. He put me on Remeron as a stop-gap, which has worked, kind of. But this has all really been too much for me at once.
Fortunately, I already had this new pdoc appt set up previously because I had a hinky feeling (thank goodness for those) a few months ago that this doctor and I weren't on the same page.
T talk today helped calm me down a lot. She suggested that I remove myself from the SD situation entirely right now and put myself first. God, I love my therapist.
Oh, and I love babble. Just seeing these messages today brought happier tears to my eyes. Thank you so much for your caring words.
