So far since my anxiety PHD and I started I kind of set my own goals and venture further each day to show myself that I can do it again. That the old me is still inside one breakthough happened last week I was so assertive on the phone with a store and solved the problem driving home in the rain. I could feel the old me is still there so it's positive. What is that other therphy you speak of not familiar with that? Love Phillipa
