You have a great plan for coping while your therapist is away. We can open Camp Comfort too -- I'd love to go there right now and hide away. The anxiety is likely the anticipation of his leaving and how you know you will feel. It is so hard, we know they need a vacation and yet we don't want them to leave us.
He will come back, he always has. He isn't taking a vacation to get away from you, but rather to recharge his batteries so he can keep working with you. I'm sure you want him to take good care of himself.
It is OK to want to be part of his family, even when you know you can't be. It makes it so clear that you want good things for yourself and you want to be happy. I know it is painful when the reality of it hits, but you are learning and growing so that when you have your own family, it will be a great one.
I hope Monday goes OK. He'll be back soon.
