You did not make anyone else feel pain, first of all. I have not read all the responses to you, but you are definitely not a f up. We all do things we are not proud of, and we all make mistakes. I just feel badly that you are so hard on yourself. Rather than beat yourself over the head, I hope you can say and believe it that you are okay; you are a good person. Take care of yourself.
