I recently went to my sleep doctor with my dress rather obviously backwards - very obvious since there was a print on the front. I didn't notice till he was checking my heart or something and looked down. When I exclaimed in surprise, he looked visibly relieved. :) But I guess that's what I get for making an appt with a sleep doctor first thing in the morning. At least he got a good glimpse of what I'm really like in the morning.
Soooo.... my guess is that to them it's information? But they still ought to be able to say something after they know you for a while.
