Do you think it might be more useful for you to deal with the feelings you have towards your former therapist, which are obviously very real, and for which you have good reasons, with your present therapist? That would seem to offer more of a chance of resolution and well-being for you. It sounded like a terrible idea for her to have started a personal blog, but it doesn't seem so great for you to post all of your negative feelings towards her on it- even if you identify yourself.
