Why do I want to go back?

Posted by canadagirl on March 14, 2007, at 20:34:57

OK I just posted on the thread above I was bored with therapy and knew I was done, but yet why do I sometimes feel like going back and putting myself through more of the same? I really have other things I want and need to do, on that night, other than that. And I have to arrange childcare, etc. it really is a hassle. I like the therapist, but I feel like I function OK on my own. So why do I feel like going back? For what? What would I do when I got there? Probably nothing. I don't understand it. I am trying to read up things in the archives etc but can't find this one. Any thoughts?
