Have you talked to your therapist about this? If not, it would be a good idea to talk to him/her first.
I did a consultation when I was uncertain about my therapist. I talked to a therapist who had done a group that I was in for a while. She was helpful in helping me to see what the issues were. She also strongly suggested that I try to talk to my therapist about the issues. (They knew each other, my therapist had recommended her group).
When I was ready to leave, I interviewed therapists and found that some of those appointments turned into "what should I do about my first therapist" sessions - particularly if it was clear from the beginning that this therapist I was interviewing wasn't going to be a match. I found those discussions helpful.
So, I think I would encourage you to find a real live therapist to discuss this with if you feel like you need an outside opinion.
But please do talk to your therapist first. Good luck!
