sounds really unpleasant and difficult. you might get more ideas on the /psychobabble/ page. just click on the link for Psycho-Babble at the bottom of the page.

I am taking geodon, which has some serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake properties, might be good for your depression- but other folks might have better ideas for a better drug cocktail if you write about your symptoms and what you've tried so far.

Since you're on the psychology board-- are you in therapy right now? What's working for you, and what's not working?
