Saw my pdoc/T today

I had to promise not to OD anymore. She called my OD a "suicidal gesture".

I definitely have a borderline personality disorder. She encouraged me to read books about it.

I have to tell my Mom the next time I'm in crisis.

Medication was kept the same because she didn't think it was a meds issue.

I asked about DBT, she said they did it there. Nothing more was mentioned. I see her again on Tues.
