Hi Laurie,

Thank you for the gentle cyber hugs. Right now I feel like my whole life is in scattered bits and pieces, and some of those pieces are missing.

I can't think of anything nice to do for myself, my T says I should take a break from beating myself up for feeling like a failure. I did work on one of my assignments today, and so I won't beat myself up for not finishing it.
