hi Falls,
I'm so happy for you- This might sound incredibly naive, but I kind of worry that I might get habituated to therapy and stop making progress (or at least stop recognizing/appreciating it). So, on the one hand I worry about whether I really NEED long term therapy, and on the other hand whether I can actually USE long term therapy.
