What seems now like a few lifetimes ago, I had a T who assured me that his ability to compartmentalize was so good that as soon as he left his office, he totally forgot about all of his patients. I took it to mean that as soon as I walked out his door, he stopped thinking about me completely. There's probably not much of a difference. I just know I felt absolutely rejected. How clueless can these guys be?
