Hi, HF.
What does it make you wonder?
About the confidentiality issue, or other things beyond that?
T's tend to know lots of Ts-- so simply being friends, or even close friends, unless there's some obvious age/status difference-- which itself wouldn't prove anything-- doesn't mean much. Certainly shouldn't lead to breaches of confidentiality.
My T, for example, is best friends with my SigO's T. I have utmost confidence that my T would never say a word, even anything to indicate that he knows me, or of me or of my SigO-- nor do I think my SigO's T would ever mention anything to anyone.
It really is unethical to do so. I know that, of course, it does happen. But the likelihood of your T;s mentioning it-- you should be able to trust not. Esp, since he knows you have contact with the abnormal psych teacher or other people.
Is there anything about your T that raises doubts?
