I decided that Centrepointe was too expensive. It's interesting to note it's adverse affect on you, as Centrepointe told me there were no adverse effects - ever. I've been using one called Insight. The 1st track supposedly takes you into alpha waves, then theta and delta. The 2nd goes from that into deep delta and the last one goes on into low delta and then comes back up. My problem is I generally fall asleep during the 1st and so play the other 2 as well, which I'm not supposed to do until I'm more experienced. I woke up in a state of sleep paralysis yesterday as a result. Not nice. I suppose I was stuck in low delta or something. However I'm not convinced we can hear much when we're asleep and it's difficult to know how we can experience delta waves WITHOUT being asleep. Thanks for your response
