I was at the bookstore just today and ran across a neat book in the psych section that I thought some of you might be interested in. If you all think this should be on the books board, feel free to redirect, but I feel like it relates to feelings and therapy more than reading.
"How You Do Anything is How You Do Everything" by Cheri Huber.
It's basically a workbook-style book with lots of white space that it designed to help you become more aware of who you are, what you truly want/need, how you relate to others, etc. The front cover says "a hands-on write-draw-color-paint-cut-paste workbook designed to assist in the process of self-discovery." The amazon.com description mentions "16 short essays" but I dont see any essays in it. I dont know about that. I plan to do some of the pages when the mood strikes me and bring them in to show my T. It's definitely not for everyone, but it really grabbed my attention and I just wanted to share. I hope some of you like it.
