I just had my first triggering since before I reverse Humpty-Dumptied.
I survived it.
I didn't get all verbal like the old way, did I?
I think I stayed in a reasonable space, considering the flood of emotion.
It's different, now. I can't use that (mal?)adaptive strategy any more, the dissociation.
At least, I didn't, this time.
I had all that stuff in me, and I worked it out.
