I think I was open at this session. I'm not sure exactly what there is to open up. That's what I'm trying to figure out. I think T knows about most of the main issues. Now we just have to figure out which ones are relevant and how they are relevant. Like- how did my self-hatred come to be, and how did I learn that I don't deserve happiness. nothing's off limits.
