I haven't done any of the psychological self-help things from the net or from books, though I have read couple of books which are pretty good. I can't remember their name on top of my head - I think one was "learned optimism" and another CBT workbook, and another one for sexual abuse - all three prescribed by my second T.

Other than that, I read some things on the net from time to time - usually when I am struggling with a particular issue, I try to find some info on the net relevant to that.

Listening to music helps - a lot of old songs from my language and our national language - I like. And movies - I like good ones. And off late, I am watching Who wants to be a millionaire, Jerry Seinfield, Friends, Law & Order, Tom & Jerry cartoons, couple of my local language TV channels, and read books. Cooking also helps. Just general stuff. It doesn't all have to be branded self-help. But general things which will help you have a good mood works even better from what I have found.
