RIGHT ON.

i think many times people have the wrong impression of praying. it's not a wishing well.
i have had people say they will pray that i 'get better'. FIRST OF ALL, so i may have a mental illness that doesn't mean i'm dying. Secondly, maybe i'm going through this for a reason...my own spiritual growth for example, thirdly i don't believe in praying for direct answers. I would never pray for me to get 'better', but for me to grow in strength to endure it, the knowledge to understand it and the courage to accept it. Thirdly, i belive STRONGLY in God's will. so i don't pray for me to get better or worse but for God's will. that whatever happens is what is right.
not everyone believes this and i respect that, but i believe that everything happens for one reason or another. and i just pray for there to be a purpose.

((((((DINAH)))))) i am SO sorry to hear you've had such a cr@ppy experience. sometimes people can be so wrapped up in themselves even when they THINK they are 'caring' about another.

You are such a good person.
b2c.
