I think this is a good reminder. And I certainly do this, too, particularly when I'm feeling more sensitive. I tend to read more into things than might be there, feel more affected by what I interpret, and so on. And then I wonder why the heck it feels so darned important, anyway.

Hmmm, maybe there needs to be a "tilt" function for my brain, like on pinball machines. I'll just give a little nudge, and presto! I'm rational again. :)
