that's how i felt with first T (only saw few months)he was soo booked up i could only see him once a week (if lucky). i think that's ok for those doing maintenance work but if you are doing real work it has to be more than once a week.
just like you said, you spend the few 15-20 min doing surface catch up, then don't have time for the real stuff.
my most recent x-T said that freud/jung did it 5x a week that way there was no room for everyday catch up stuff, you jumped right into the meat of the matter.
i must agree.
why is it insurance companies rule the regulations of therapy and other medical care.
that's what ticks me off.
i think if we were able to see people more often in a week most people wouldn't need to go for as long. i think it all evens out. but ins. doesn't.
dang monopoly.sorry for rant.
