If you're doing both medication management AND therapy with pdoc, how long are your sessions? I'd hate to lose out on therapy time because we had to talk about meds, too. (Frankly, I've been getting frustrated by my current pdoc, because she keeps trying to do therapy with me...)
Have you talked to pdoc about getting a therapist? What does she say? I think that's worth asking her, because you might find that you're both on different pages in what you're hoping to accomplish during your sessions.
