Hi Deneb,
I don't tolerate touchy-feely stuff either. I consider giving and receiving cyber hugs a major step forward in tolerance.
I hate talking about childhood in therapy by trying to see myself at age four or whenever. The worst was when my T told me to imagine little me sitting in the extra chair in her office and what would I say to myself. It's a Jungian technique- the empty chair. She only tried it once, but that chair is always sitting there empty...
I need to be more tolerant, too.
