I love sitting in the dark with just the Christmas lights om with my favorite Christmas CD playing (I'm not a country gal, but I love Amy Grants Christmas CD). As I told my kids this year, I actually like the tree with just lights (no ornaments). Of course, I got veto'd.
Ice skating on a pond sounds divine. It should be snowing lightly, the giant flakes that stick to your nose, no wind, just calm. Giant moon looming overhead.
Making snow angels is a must --- we'll need to bring snow pants for all the warm states to borrow. We'll need lots of wood to keep the fire burning too.
