Communicating with myself???

I am having a terrible time trying to connect with the hurt part of me. Even when I think I connect I'm not sure. This part of me is causing me trouble and it needs to be fixed. Near as I can figger she just keeps telling me that: she hurts, she can't talk, she won't talk, go away. Etc. So what can I do about this?????
