I hope you don't mind me asking what exactly is meant by dissociation. Some kind of weirdness where you are outside yourself, so to speak? Does it include not feeling grounded? Have anything to do with splitting? (That is just an afterthought, I dunno what splitting is, some psycoanalytic term maybe).
