hi pinkeye,
I think it's a good thing! It's a pretty safe way to unload, because your privacy is guarded as much as you want it to be. Nobody knows your real name, city, job, etc -- so you can tell all kinds of details and people won't connect it with the "real pinkeye."I think it's cathartic to write to an audience, especially a group like this where people really do care! People here seem very nice and reach out to each other often. I especially like the openness here, and the fact that people don't discriminate or back away from personal stuff. I can post things that other people IRL would be uncomfortable with, but people here "get" it and understand and have advice. I can talk about stuff here that I'm afraid to disclose IRL, b/c I'm afraid to trust or afriad of a negative response.
is it the same for you?
