I tend to work my way through my anxiety so I don't have a lot of personal experience with this. But, I've read that exercise is one of the best motivators. Don't let yourself over-sleep, that promotes being even more tired. MAKE yourself go for a 10 minute walk, even if you don't feel like it. And then reward yourself with something you like. Set small goals for yourself so that you will have the feeling of success every day.
