Oooo Poet, that does not sound good. A month or two is a long time, esp. when you feel bad. Not just crisis, but crappy. I hope you will hang on to the lifelines you have with your T. Does she know you're in the process of switching p-docs?

I don't let stuff go either, I dwell on it, ruminate, get all caught up in it, and just can't let go. It ends up causing me so much pain, I wish I could just let go. Why is it that some ppl can let go of stuff so easily? I would think some of the ADs would help with that type of thing. Don't they? What meds have you tried?

Will be thinking of you,
((((hugs)))))
