My T's on vacation and I've got withdrawal too. Today would have been one of my regular sessions and I always come to session with Starbucks. So I got a latte to make me feel better, but I just sat there staring at it for a while. It made me a bit sad. I did journal, which helped... maybe you could try the same? How long is your T away?
