I'm so glad Alex. Perhaps this is exactly what you need -- to let yourself work with this person who obviously cares as long as you can, instead of "just" waiting for everything else. I like your pro-active list. It is very reasonable.
You've been through way too much to try to get help. I'm impressed with your resilency. I'm sure you are tired though. I hope you find peace soon.
