Wow...my weekly T. appts/ are Wednesdays at 10 a.m., too. That is wild, isn't it? Happy to share the time slot with you, Happy ;-) I like that, and I like you.
Well, sure, I really don't *know * you, but..I STILL like you :-)
You'll do fine, and even if not, it won't be the end of the world. Sometimes we put soooo much pressure on ourselves to be that good client and to take care of *everything* at one session - heck, my sessions would have to be 6 hours long for that to even possibly happen....
You have a great T. and he has a sensitive, smart, witty, wonderful client who is trying to make her life better. That's what I see.
I will also be looking for your post tomorrow.
I will also TRY to post about where I'm at in therapy right now, but not sure I can stand the thought of you guys knowing some of the tapes my head plays these days... :-( I'm confused and ashamed of my own negativity, I guess.
